4. Registration and Confirmation
Application for acceptances as an exhibitor at the event must be made by submitting a duly competed and signed application form. Acceptance of the application will be confirmed in writing by CCPIT TEX.
5. Terms of payment
Please return application form and remit appropriate amount to CCPIT TEX. All banking charges if any, are to be borne by the applicant. Payment should be made to:
Dongdan Sub Branch of CITIC Industrial Bank 18, Floor 1, Block W, Orient Plaza.

The payment shall be made within 15 working days upon receiving the notice. In vase of the pendant or overdne payment,the organizer shall reserve the right to make use of the space

forfeited by the exhibitor.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation will be accepted by registered letter only. If an exhibitor cancels his participation in the exhibition after written confirmation of his registration has been issued by CCPIT TEX after the binding time limit has commenced, or if he fail to take up occupancy of his stand, the full stand rental shall be payable.
7. Intellectual property rights
All the exhibits should have its intellectual property rights. The organizer reserves the right to forbid the exhibits that constitutes the intrusion upon the intellectual property right of the third party. All the exhibitors should abide by the relevant laws, rules and regulations.
8. Catalogue entry
Information from points 1 and 3 to 5 on the front page will be used as your official catalogue entry. Description will be translated into Chinese.
9. Supplementary Clauses
Whenever necessary, the organizer shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations in additional to those have stipulated to ensure the smooth management of the exhibition. Any additional written regulation instructions shall form part of the contract and they shall be binding on the exhibitors.
